A Very Happy 40th
Well, as “S” pointed out the wonderful birthday party for her was Terry’s fault…ha ha. Because truly, my friends, the ‘apple does not fall far from the tree’. Terry loves to surprise and and has given me many wonderful birthday celebrations.
Our oldest guy threw the BEST 40th birthday party for the love of his life and we were very blessed to attend.
Earlier in the day we picked up our daughter, Em, from the ferry at Horseshoe Bay and after driving an hour back to our apartment we all got ready and went downtown to the Black and Blue restaurant. What a gorgeous place!!!!
Omigosh, I cannot tell you how absolutely delicious each course was but here a a few photos….
And if that wasn’t enough we had an open bar, a wonderful birthday cake, and the service at the restaurant was wonderful all night.
We loved being with our children and new friends and old friends alike. Even the flowers on the table were handpicked by “J”.
