Grand Bend, Stratford, Windsor
The last few days have been full and the best part is that Terry finally arrived and we’ve been together a lot!
After visiting with his Mama we were off to Grand Bend the next day for our 2 ½ hour road trip to visit our dear friend, Fr. John.
We started off with mass in his home (which is SO beautiful) and then we had an almost wonderful picnic style lunch of burgers and salad that he prepared. What almost? Because I accidentally knocked my entire glass of red wine all over my outfit!!!!!
After lunch we said our good-byes and made our way to Stratford to meet up with the the 2 directors who are interested in Terry’s musical, DREAM! While we were there we saw the play “Waiting For Godot” which was excellently acted but a ….um….tedious play to watch.
The set was cool and the directing was also good. It was just a bit frustrating to watch the characters trying to figure out life.
The next day Terry golfed with his old high school mates in their annual tournament while I headed off to “Art In The Park” with my bestie, Barb.
