Pam’s Handles

I have 3 beautiful sisters. They are all artistic and wonderful people.

Today I’d like to introduce you to my sister, Pamela.

Pamela is such a kind and giving person. She has taken in others into her home to give them a place to live when they needed one! For years she and her husband, Dave, have worked tirelessly to raise money for local charities which culminated in a meal for about 200 every year…that Pam cooked!!! Pam plays guitar and played it at church for years as well. She has a strong faith and has raised 3 wonderful, artistic children.

Her passion these days….especially since her very recent retirement….is to work on her small business called “Pam’s Handles”. Her shop is on Etsy https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/PamsHandles and is doing well.

Pamela finds old, small toys, refurbishes them (fixing/painting) and then adds proper screws to turn them into handles for dressers or any drawers you can think of. I love her messy, artsy workspace. So fun!

I love how she recycles old toys and turns them into brand new ones with a new purpose. She has sold to folks all over the world and keeps a big map which shows where she has mailed them out. I even own a special handle of a whale on my outdoor table. It makes think of my whale watching mornings in Hawaii.

Maybe you need a gift for a grandchild or your own children…. they will love these handles! And so will YOU!
