And the Beat Goes On….
It feels wonderful to get back into painting now that we’re home for awhile. But I have to say that I almost completely lost my finger calluses due to not playing a guitar for months. Youch! My latest painting above is called “Hakuna Wave”.
Terry and I are also in Propaganda Hair Salon as the featured artists for 2 months. AND he will be having a gallery show at Bay One! I just sold the painting below (left) at the Salon and Terry just completed the painting on the right for Bay One!
We’ve also had our first rehearsal for STORM HEAVEN at Paula and Albert’s with Tricia (who owns Bay One!) She played a gorgeous cajon drum that her husband, Ralph, made for her.
At break time we switched it up a bit and I think it was a really good rehearsal of the 15 songs I’ve chosen.
