Along For The Ride

I can’t golf anymore because of my arthritis but I sure do enjoy the beauty of a ride through a golf course.

It was interesting to see the Mayfair after the big LPGA tournament because so much of the lawns were torn up and the crew were still dismantling the tents and stands. But the nature (the flowers and animals) was so much fun to see and enjoy ….as well as Tricia’s company. She is going to be my cajon drummer in my upcoming Storm Heaven concert and we have become friends since she invited me to have my very first gallery show at her “Bay 1” gallery a few years ago.

It really was the perfect day to be with those folks as it was sunny with a light breeze and not too hot. And we started off with a yummy lunch in the clubhouse first…ha ha.

The dragonflies took care of the mosquitoes too. I never even got one bite!

I can’t believe how little the golfers got to golf this year because of the rain. Ah well. The world …she is a changin’.

Terry also golfed with one of his best friends, Gord, and they did very well!

That evening we had the pleasure of being invited out to dinner at our dear friends, Jazz and Sebastien’s. What a nice, summer day!

Oh! And an update about my sister, Paula, who just had her knee replaced….she’s doing GREAT!

Thanks for asking…and for reading!
